Fourth of July!

We had our annual 4th of July party at Leanne's parents' house. It was so much more fun having a 15 month old than a 3 month old at the party! First off, of course we had to try to get a picture of her cute dress.

 Family picture in front of Jeff's tree. Jeff is Leanne's brother who passed away a few years ago. We always take our pictures in front of it.

We wanted to take the kids' pictures in their cute 4th of July clothes, but the big boys couldn't wait to go swimming, so we did the pictures later.  Well, as you can imagine, it is NOT easy to get three 3 year old boys, and three 1 year old babies to sit still, look at the camera, and smile all at the same time. Here are some of the humorous attempts at this picture.

 The big boys ran off and the babies stayed put for about a minute longer.

Kacie took a nap, and then Jason followed her around the back yard and got these cute pictures. (Big surprise-she wanted to wear her hat!)

It was a great day, and we can't wait until next year!
